The Seven-Course Tasting Menu

Our tasting menu is the most complete expression of what BistroLaunch stands for. Chef Marcus designs each course to build on the last — texture, temperature, flavour — until the final petit four brings it all to a close.

The menu changes with the season, reflecting what our farms are growing and what the kitchen is most excited about. No two seasons are alike.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the tasting menu available every evening?
Yes — our seven-course tasting menu is available every evening from Tuesday to Sunday, subject to availability. We strongly recommend booking at least two weeks in advance as tasting menu seatings are limited each night. The menu changes every season, typically in March, June, September, and December.
How far in advance should I book private dining?
We recommend enquiring at least four to six weeks before your preferred date for The Library Room, and six to eight weeks for The Garden Suite. However, we do occasionally have last-minute availability — please call us directly if your event is sooner than that.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Absolutely. Our kitchen is experienced with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and other dietary requirements. Please inform us when booking — especially for the tasting menu, where we can design an entirely parallel menu for guests with restrictions. We cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free kitchen but take every precaution.
Is there a minimum spend for private dining?
The Library Room has a minimum spend of $950 for weekday bookings and $1,400 for Friday and Saturday evenings. The Garden Suite has a minimum spend of $3,500. Both rooms require a non-refundable deposit of 25% at time of booking, which is deducted from your final bill.
Can I bring my own cake or wine?
We do not permit outside wine or spirits — our drinks licence covers all beverages served on premises. You are welcome to bring your own celebration cake, and we charge a $25 cake-cutting fee per table. We can also arrange a custom celebration cake through Chef Isabelle with advance notice.
