1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, making a reservation, or dining at BistroLaunch Restaurant ("the Restaurant", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all guests, event organisers, private dining clients, and website visitors.

2. Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability. Completing a reservation request does not guarantee a confirmed booking until you receive a written confirmation from us via email or phone.

• Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the booked arrival time. After this, the table may be released.
• We reserve the right to seat a party at a different table than specifically requested.
• For groups of 8 or more, a credit card may be required to hold the reservation.
• The Restaurant reserves the right to decline a reservation at its discretion.
• Inaccurate guest information provided at time of booking may result in cancellation.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Standard dining: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the reservation time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $25 per person fee.
• Chef's Tasting Experience: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $50 per person charge.
• No-shows: Failure to arrive without prior notice may result in a charge to the card on file and may affect your ability to make future reservations.

4. Private Dining & Events

Private dining bookings are subject to the following additional terms:

• A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
• Minimum spend requirements apply as detailed on our Packages page.
• Cancellations of private events within 7 days of the event date forfeit the full deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a charge of up to 50% of the estimated event value.
• Outside alcohol, spirits, and soft drinks are not permitted. Outside cakes are welcome with a $25 cake-cutting fee per table.
• We reserve the right to end a private event early in cases of inappropriate behaviour or breach of these terms.
• Room hire times are as agreed at booking. Overtime beyond the agreed period may incur additional charges.

5. Guest Conduct

BistroLaunch Restaurant is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests and staff. We ask that all guests:

• Treat staff and fellow guests with respect at all times.
• Comply with our dress code: smart casual or above. Sportswear and athletic clothing are not permitted in the dining room.
• Refrain from behaviour that is disruptive, threatening, or offensive to others.
• Do not bring outside food or beverages into the Restaurant.

We reserve the right to refuse service to, or ask to leave, any guest whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive. In such cases, no refund will be provided for unconsumed items.

6. Allergens & Dietary Requirements

While we take every precaution to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies, our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, shellfish, gluten, dairy, and eggs. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Guests with severe allergies are responsible for informing their server before ordering. Full allergen information is available on request. BistroLaunch Restaurant accepts no liability for allergic reactions arising from failure to disclose allergen information when requested.

7. Website Use

All content on our website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of BistroLaunch Restaurant and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or deny access to our website at any time without notice.

While we strive to keep website information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, or availability. Menu items, prices, and opening hours are subject to change without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BistroLaunch Restaurant shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services or website.
• Loss or damage to personal property brought to the Restaurant, except where caused by our proven negligence.
• Any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page with the date of the last update. Your continued use of our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York.
